One other side effect of this penis disorder is curvature of the penis. Because of the hardened state of this lump, some patients have noted a curving of the penis depending on the location of the lump.

What is the Treatment Plan for Lymphangiosclerosis?

Because this penis disorder is common and not life-threatening, the most common suggestion is to give the penis gentle care by way of lubricants. Additionally, it is important to give the penis rest – avoid sexual contact if at all possible or ensure that all sexual contact is aided by thorough lubrication. Typically, Lymphangiosclerosis goes away within a few weeks on its own.

Others who have experienced this disorder have suggested the use of a hot tub. The use of the hot tub decreases blood flow to the penis and has helped others quicken the disappearance of the lump.
